After a 75% drop in Business from the end of April 2010 to today; after one month of countless phone calls to BP Mobile and leaving countless messages that have never been returned; after two visits to the local BP Community Outreach Center and not being able to get any information on the BP Vessel of Opportunity Program; after being informed that the BP Claims process may take up to five months; and now, after being turned away from Shell Island with 36 passengers on board by the U. S. Coast Guard. It is with much regret that I have been forced to cancel all cruises and cease operations. I deeply regret any inconvenience that our closing may have caused.
